After graduating from Chinguacousy Secondary School Dawn-Marie attended McMaster University to study Political Science. She completed her education at The Michener Institute for Applied Health Sciences, where she obtained her Diploma of Chiropody in 1995.
Dawn-Marie spent twelve years providing foot care in St. Catharines for patients of the Niagara Health System’s Chiropody Department until it was closed in 2006. As co-owner of the Clarke Ventresca Foot & Orthotic Centres since 2007, Dawn-Marie has been keeping the residents of the Niagara Region walking pain free by prescribing and dispensing orthotics, performing surgery to remove ingrown toenails, providing diabetic foot care, callus removal, and nail care.
Scarborough, Bramalea and Burlington are all places Dawn-Marie has called home. She and her husband Ken are now happy to be raising their son and daughter in Winona, a community where they can call their neighbours friends and family.
